Supplier uses the following Subprocessors for the performance of the Services.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form with the Customer, the Google Cloud data center hosting the AODocs SaaS instance used by the Customer is located in the US (US instance).

* Google LLC and/or OpenAI OpCo LLC are engaged for Generative AI purposes only to the extent (i) Customer is using the GenAI Features through Altirnao’s own API key(s) and (ii) chooses Google LLC and/or OpenAI OpCo LLC as AI Providers. If Customer is using the GenAI Features through an API key Customer has set-up, Google LLC and/or OpenAI OpCo LLC are not considered Supplier’s Subprocessors in the context of this DPA. The terms “GenAI Features” and “AI Providers” are defined in the AODocs GenAI Features Supplemental Terms of Service, which is part of the Agreement.
